This unique and innovative method to harvest directly from brine salt without solar evaporation is completly offered by FBSM NANOBIOLOGY in a turn key concept. The process rely on a Reactor that will fetch brine salt and converted to pure cristallized salt at rate function of salt concentration in the brine. The advantage of FBSM F16 technology is it is much cheaper, energy efficient, and require only little power (approx. 55 - 100 kW/t of produced salt) compared with thermal salt refining processes or vacuum technology. Phosphate is a one of the plant nutrients that can be produced from phosphate rock. Phosphoric acid production technique represents the most common process in which phosphate solubility can be increased in addition to having new products (MAP, DAP,). However, FBSM NANOBIOLOGY, thinks differently and created a full engineering concept based on a key on solution that work on the principle of modifying the molecular structure of the soft phosphate rock to make it suitable for direct use as a natural fertilizer or animal feed supplements. Heavy metals elements occur in many minerals but typically in concentrations too low to be refined in an economical manner, although several methods already used to clean up the environment from these kinds of contaminants but most of them are costly and difficult to get optimum results. Our new innovative process MATH-F74 contribute significantly as an effective and affordable technological solution used to extract or remove inactive metals and metal pollutants from contaminated soil and water. Our technology is unique, innovative environmentally friendly and among all potentially cost effective.
MATH-F74 was successfully employed to remove high cadmium from both phosphate and phosphogypsum converting it in to a stable oxide form using a unique combination of nanobiology, phytoremediation and solubizing bacteria. The uptake of several other heavy metals like arsenic, lead, and mercury available in Ore mines and Mud was successfully achieve using the MATH-F74 .

Thanks to our colloidal liquid reactor we have been able to create a new generation, of plant derived bio weed control as a knockdown and post -emergent friendly herbicide.
As a fully sustainable product , the product resulting from the colloidal liquid reactor does not contain any systemic action, (wherein a poison is transferred into a plant) but rather act by stripping the outer wax layer from the leaf surface , stop photosynthesis reaction and dehydrating the plant. The process consist of feeding our colloidal liquid reactor with a set of a predefined plants , the first step work towards extracting the phytohormones acids responsable of plant developement and use them in the second step as inhibitor to formulate the bio weed control thanks to a colloidal association between the acids and a slurry. The final product has a liquid form in suspension concentration and partially watersoluble . Its unique composition allow the product to destroy contacted plant tissue and also destroy weed seed in the soil. Therefore, the most challange use of this innovation will definitely involve a change in agriculture management practice to target the existing weed and infestants bank.
